The inaugural Bucks v Surrey match took place at the Bucks county championships on 1st September. The match was based on the York Hereford rounds with scores counting for the team coming from gents shooting the York and Ladies shooting the Hereford.
The results were two wins for Bucks in Barebow and Compound and two for Surrey in Recurve and Longbow. Full scores below:
There was very positive feedback from Surrey, so particular thanks go to Neill Ovenden our Tournament Organiser. There is a definite desire for a return match next year, which is likely to be incorporated within the Surrey county championships.
